Founded by our Central WA Family Medicine Residency program (CWFM) in 1993, CHCW has grown into an integrated community health center to include full spectrum primary care, pediatric, senior residential care, behavioral and addiction care, and dental serving the Yakima and Kittitas Counties at multiple sites.

Our Ellensburg Dental Care Clinic needs a General Dentist to provide comprehensive, compassionate and evidence-based dental care. Come work in a collaborative, team-focused environment to provide the patients and families in our region with access to high quality and affordable dental care.

• Collaborative Support: from the Dental Director, Dental Manager, dentists, and a dental patient care coordinator. We are fully staffed with DAs, DHs with 2 DAs per dentist, and 3 DHs

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• Base Salary: $180,000-$190,000. Salary is based on 16 completed encounters per day, and experience. Additional incentive for meeting engagement goals
• Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx, AD&D, Life, LTD, HSA, and FTCA malpractice coverage

QUALIFICATIONS

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited Dental School
• WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license
• DEA certificate
• Approved for credentialing with Medicaid, and health plans
