Are you looking for exceptional earning potential without the administrative headaches of running a business? Our well-established, modern general practice in North Carolina is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our thriving team.

We specialize in providing comprehensive dental care to children and young adults (through age 20) in a newly updated, state-of-the-art facility. As a multi-dentist office backed by an experienced auxiliary staff, we handle the business operations so you can focus 100% on clinical excellence and patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

  • High Earning Potential: Lucrative, production-based compensation model.
  • Work-Life Balance: Full-time schedule (4–5 days per week) with no administrative take-home work.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Full package including health insurance, retirement options, and professional support.
  • Turnkey Setup: Step into an immediately busy, established patient base from day one.

Core Responsibilities

  • Clinical Excellence: Provide routine exams, restorative treatments, and hygiene checks for pediatric and young adult patients.
  • Patient & Parent Engagement: Review medical histories and communicate treatment plans clearly with patients and their guardians.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise, up-to-date patient chart notes and digital records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside fellow dentists and clinical staff to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • Patient-Focused: You genuinely love working with kids and young adults, bringing a warm, friendly bedside manner to every chair.
  • Efficient & Adaptable: You thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced practice and manage a busy schedule with ease.
  • Growth-Minded: You have a positive attitude, are eager to learn, and collaborate well in a group setting.

Qualifications

  • Active North Carolina Dental License (Required)
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited program
  • Experience Level: Open to both experienced providers and passionate new graduates (pediatric experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person!)
  • Skills: Strong clinical competencies and exceptional communication skills.
