The work

• Advanced restorative dentistry
• Advanced endodontics, including mandibular molars
• Surgery, including safe, straightforward surgical extractions of impacted thirds
• Implant dentistry, including straightforward single-unit placement
• Dentures and removable prosthetics handled by a dedicated downstairs team

The practice

• 7,229 active patients (12-month average) and 1,645 patient visits a month
• 11 hygienists with assisted hygiene and strong internal referrals
• A dedicated assistant team for every doctor (1 EFDA + 1 DA)
• 16 operatories upstairs
• 99% collections realization
• CBCT on site, CEREC, intraoral scanners, digital X-rays and panoramic imaging, rotary endo, and surgical instrumentation for extractions and implants

Schedule

Full-time only: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM and Friday 7:30 AM–1:30 PM.

What you need

• A Missouri dental license, or eligibility for one
• Proficiency in, or a 12-month plan to become proficient in, advanced restorative, mandibular molar endo, surgical extraction of impacted thirds and single-unit implant placement
• Commitment to clinical excellence and comfort in a busy, well-supported group setting

Compensation

• $275,000–$325,000 per year
• 30% of net collections (99% RCM efficiency)
• $700 daily guarantee for the first 90 days
• No lab or supply fees or adjustments
• $1,200 annual CE stipend and malpractice insurance covered
• Choose W-2, 1099, or the "Service Member" model (1099 with access to benefits)
• Partnership: up to 39% equity available for purchase
