Frisco, TX (Dallas–Fort Worth) | Full-Time, Growing to a 4–5 Day Week | W-2 | Collections-Based | $275,000–$325,000 per Year

Build something you can own. A growing, dentist-led private group in Frisco wants an experienced general dentist who's comfortable with implants, surgical extractions, molar endo and comprehensive restorative, and who wants to help grow the practice and progress into practice-level partnership. You get group-level resources with private-practice autonomy, in one of DFW's premier growth corridors.

The work

• Implant placement
• Surgical and complex extractions
• Molar endodontics
• Crown and bridge and comprehensive restorative
• Same-day treatment when appropriate
• Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning, keeping productive procedures in-house

The practice

• 5 operatories and 2 full-time hygienists with dedicated hygiene operatories
• Eaglesoft, a PPO and fee-for-service patient base, and established systems supporting implant and endo treatment
• An experienced owner dentist working alongside the team
• Strong operational support for scheduling, collections and patient flow

Schedule

Core hours are Monday and Tuesday 7:45 AM–5:00 PM and Wednesday and Thursday 6:45 AM–4:00 PM, currently on an alternating rotation (Week A up to 5 days, Week B about 3 days). That's temporary: the role is expected to become a consistent 4–5 day week as the practice grows.

Partnership

The group is hiring a future partner, not just another associate. Structure and timing are discussed with qualified candidates based on clinical fit, performance and shared long-term goals, and there may be room to take part in future group growth and leadership.

What you need

• 2+ years of clinical experience
• A Texas dental license, or the ability to obtain one
• Comfort with implants, surgery and/or endo
• An entrepreneurial mindset, interest in ownership and a desire to put down roots in North Dallas/Frisco

Compensation

• $275,000–$325,000 per year
• Competitive collections-based pay, with a tiered structure available
• W-2 with benefits eligibility
• No lab or supply deductions when using preferred/formulary vendors
• Strong existing demand, with production growing as the schedule expands
