There is no shortage of dentistry here. An established, high-performing practice with 4,500+ active patients and about 120 new patients a month wants a growth-oriented general dentist who enjoys the full scope, or wants the mentorship to get there. You'll walk into a busy schedule, a dedicated CRNA for IV cases and real case volume in implants, surgery and endo.

The work

• Implant placement and restoration, and bone grafting
• Surgical extractions and impacted third molars
• Molar endodontics
• Clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry and veneers
• Full-mouth rehabilitation and comprehensive treatment planning
• IV sedation cases with dedicated CRNA support
• Facial esthetics

By the numbers

• About $10,000 adjusted doctor production per day
• About 100 implant placements and 125 endo cases a year
• About 30 sedation cases a month
• Five full-arch cases a year, plus extensive surgical volume

The practice

• CBCT, iTero, digital radiography, intraoral cameras and a digital implant workflow
• Dedicated CRNA sedation support and modern digital practice management
• Mentorship and continuing education to help you bring more procedures in-house

What you need

• DDS or DMD; experienced GPs, new graduates and GPR/AEGD residents all welcome
• An Oklahoma dental license, or the ability to obtain one
• Interest in implants, surgery and endo, and a humble, coachable, motivated attitude

Compensation

• $15,000 monthly guarantee during onboarding, then competitive collections-based pay
