A confidential, 100% dentist-owned private group is hiring two growth-minded associates for thriving Reno/Sparks offices. Each seat works directly alongside a long-tenured partner who practices comprehensive dentistry and genuinely enjoys mentoring.

The openings

• South Reno: Join a highly respected partner known for comprehensive treatment planning, advanced clinical skills and an outstanding community reputation.
• Sparks: Work with one of the organization's top-producing partners in a busy, high-demand office with strong patient flow.

The work

• Advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry
• Molar endodontics and surgical extractions
• Implant placement and restoration
• Facial esthetics
• Comprehensive treatment planning, referring only the most complex cases

The practice

• 100% dentist-owned and dentist-led, with no private equity, no quotas and no production pressure
• CBCT throughout the organization
• Established patient base, consistent new patient demand and experienced support teams
• Typical production of about $4,500–$7,500+ per day, depending on experience and scope
• Built-in specialty support: oral surgery for complex cases, internal pediatric and orthodontic referrals, and a traveling orthodontic program
• Mentorship focused on growth, not micromanagement

Schedule

• Four clinical days per week (about 16 days per month)
• 9-hour shifts
• Office hours Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

What you need

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• An active Nevada license, or the ability to obtain one
• New graduates welcome; experienced clinicians strongly preferred, and former practice owners encouraged to apply
• Interest in expanding into implants, endo, surgery, cosmetics and comprehensive dentistry

Compensation

• 30% of collections
• $700 daily guarantee for the first 90 days
• $10,000 commitment bonus: $5,000 at start and $5,000 at your two-year renewal
• 1099 independent contractor
• Expected earnings of $250,000–$400,000+ a year, with substantial upside for doctors who embrace a broader scope
