What you need

• DDS or DMD

Compensation

• $216,000–$324,000 per year; the top of the range reflects partners and senior clinicians with a broader procedure scope
• 30% of collections, with a daily guarantee during ramp-up based on experience
• A bonus is available, based on experience and negotiable with the length of commitment
• Negotiable partnership terms; valuation terms are shared after a successful first-round interview
