A confidential, 100% dentist-owned private group is hiring two general dentists in Las Vegas who want to grow into true Super GPs: restorative, endo, surgery, implants, cosmetics and facial esthetics under one roof, with CBCT in every office and specialists in-network for the complex cases.

New graduates get real mentorship. Experienced clinicians get autonomy and a pay plan with serious upside.

The work

• Restorative and cosmetic dentistry
• Endodontics and oral surgery
• Implant placement and restoration
• Facial esthetics
• Refer only the most complex cases

The practice

• 100% dentist-owned and dentist-led, with no private equity, no quotas and no excessive oversight
• CBCT technology in every office
• Established patient base, consistent new patient demand and full schedules backed by experienced clinical and admin teams
• Typical providers produce about $4,500–$7,500+ per day, depending on experience and scope
• Built-in specialty support: oral surgery for complex cases, an internal pediatric and orthodontic referral network, and a traveling orthodontic program
• Mentorship available in a collaborative environment

Schedule

• Four clinical days per week (about 16 days per month)
• 9-hour shifts
• Office hours Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

What you need

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• An active Nevada license, or the ability to obtain one
• New graduates welcome; experienced clinicians and former practice owners encouraged to apply
• A growth mindset and a commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation

• 30% of collections
• $700 daily guarantee for the first 90 days
• $10,000 commitment bonus: $5,000 at start and $5,000 at your two-year renewal
• 1099 independent contractor, with minimal provider deductions compared with many corporate models
• Expected earnings of $250,000–$400,000+ a year, with significant upside for doctors who embrace a broader scope
