Department Controller / Assistant (f/m/div.)

1. Department Controlling & Financial Coordination

Financial Reporting: Regularly update and maintain Monthly Cost Reports (MCR) to ensure full transparency on budget deviations and cost center developments.
Planning & Forecasting: Actively support the annual Business Plan (BP) and Current Forecast (CF) processes, including Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and investment tracking.
Procurement & Accruals: Handle the end-to-end Purchase Requisition (PR) process, and coordinate department purchases.
Data & Closing Operations: Maintain up-to-date HR-related headcount data and support month-end closing activities.

2. Administrative & Operational Assistance

Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate business travel planning and bookings and manage travel expense reports via b-travel.
Logistics Support: Organize departmental shipments.
Visitor & Event Coordination.

Profile

Background: University degree or commercial training with a solid focus on Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Mindset: Highly proactive with a strong "can-do" attitude—you don't just wait for tasks; you anticipate needs and drive topics forward independently.
Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a friendly and professional connector within the team and across other departments.
Analytical Skills: A strong affinity for numbers, structured work, and attention to detail. Comfort with Excel and digital tools is essential.
Languages: Excellent written and spoken English (working language).
