Apparel & Footwear Lead (Retail Sales & Merchandising)
We’re growing—and looking for someone to take ownership of our apparel and footwear department.
This role is more than retail. It’s an opportunity to build, manage, and improve a key category inside our store. If you’re someone who takes pride in how product looks, sells, and moves—this is for you.
Pay: $17+/hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Own:
- Track inventory levels and manage replenishment orders
- Receive and organize incoming product with accuracy
- Merchandise displays that drive sales and keep the department sharp
- Help customers find the right gear and deliver a strong in-store experience
- Train and support team members on apparel and footwear processes
- Learn other areas of the store, including hardware, to better serve customers
- Step in where needed—sales floor, register, or team support

- You’re organized, reliable, and follow through
- Retail, apparel, or merchandising experience is helpful, but not required
- You’re comfortable talking with customers and making recommendations
