Pay
HK$97,787 to HK$116,855 (HMPS point 9 to 14) per month including Monthly Allowance
An additional monthly Management Responsibility Allowance of HK$2,000.
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities\:
Reporting to Chief of Service (Clinical Oncology), New Territories East Cluster, the incumbent will assist the Chief of Service and Consultant(s) in-charge in the following\:
(a) Provide strategic planning and service development for the department to deliver a comprehensive range of radiotherapy services of the highest quality.
(b) Provide expert clinical consultation in radiotherapy planning and delivery, especially in the management of complex cases.
(c) Prepare, monitor and control the department budget.
(d) Participate in the annual planning of the department.
(e) Monitor the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of the services provided.
(f) Take charge of, monitor and supervise the operation in the department.
(g) Collaborate and coordinate with inter and intra department stakeholders for effective service delivery.
(h) Perform administrative duties related to the department.
(i) Provide support and guidance to staff, including their professional development.
Entry Requirements\:
1. A recognized Master Degree in the subject area of skill/knowledge associated to Radiotherapy services; and

2. Be a registered Part I (full registration) Radiographer (Therapeutic) and have a valid Practising Certificate under the Allied Health Professions Ordinance; and
3. 5 years working experience as a Radiation Therapist I
