Deployment Strategist (SF)

We are looking for a Deployment Strategist with 4–8 years of experience to serve as an embedded strategic partner to David AI's top-tier customers—including Mag 7 companies and leading AI labs. You'll own customer relationships end-to-end, translating their audio AI needs into actionable data strategies while identifying upsell and expansion opportunities. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role at a fast-growing Series B startup backed by NVIDIA, Meritech, and First Round Capital. What will you be doing? Act as an embedded strategist within major customer organizations, partnering closely with their internal research and product teams Recommend and align audio datasets to customer product roadmaps, predicting their data needs and translating them into actionable plans Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth Collaborate cross-functionally with David AI's research, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-quality outcomes Lead customer journeys end-to-end—from ideation through launch—managing strategic account plans and stakeholder alignment 4–8 years of experience in a client-facing role (deployment strategy, consulting, or similar) at a high-growth startup or top-tier consulting firm (MBB preferred) Startup experience required—ideally Seed through Series C stage companies Strong executive presence and communication skills; ability to build trust with senior technical stakeholders Go-to-market mindset with demonstrated experience in revenue ownership, account expansion, or opportunity generation General familiarity with the AI/ML training data lifecycle; ability to communicate effectively with research and engineering teams
