Challenge

We are looking for a Deployment Strategist in São Paulo to own adoption and deployment outcomes for large enterprise accounts.

You will be responsible for driving the successful deployment of the platform within complex SAP S/4HANA programs, working across technical teams, business stakeholders, executives, and global implementation organizations.

This is a high-ownership role where there is no inherited playbook. You will help build the deployment methodology from scratch while simultaneously executing it across major enterprise programs.

You'll manage change across multi-country, multi-stakeholder environments, ensuring organizations adopt the platform and realize measurable value from it.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own the end-to-end deployment plan for enterprise S/4HANA programs.
• Define scope, milestones, quality gates, and go-live readiness criteria.
• Lead change management from stakeholder mapping through enablement and adoption tracking.
• Drive adoption across multi-country and multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
• Translate between technical SAP teams, business stakeholders, and C-suite executives.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders at global systems integrators and enterprise organizations.
• Build deployment templates, quality gates, onboarding processes, and playbooks from scratch.
• Continuously improve the deployment motion based on lessons learned from live implementations.
• Provide product feedback to the founding team based on direct observation of customer deployments.
• Identify risks to adoption, delivery, and customer retention and proactively address them.
• Travel within Brazil to key customer sites when required for critical milestones and customer engagement.
• Work closely with the Deployment Lead and broader product and leadership teams.

Must Have

• 10+ years of combined Project Management and Program Management experience in enterprise SAP implementations.
• Direct experience working on SAP S/4HANA programs across Blueprint, Build, Test, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.
• Strong experience leading Change Management and adoption in enterprise, multi-country, and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven ownership of enterprise delivery outcomes, including plans, milestones, quality gates, and go-live readiness.
• Client-facing experience managing and presenting to senior stakeholders and C-level executives at large enterprises, consulting firms, or systems integrators.
• Native Portuguese and professional English proficiency.
• High agency and demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, early-stage environments without an established playbook.
• Willingness to work from the São Paulo office 4 days per week.

Nice to Have

• Experience at a Big 4 or major Systems Integrator, such as Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Accenture, or equivalent.
• Experience implementing early-stage or emerging software products within large enterprise programs.
• Formal delivery certifications or training such as SAP Activate, Scrum/PSM, PMO frameworks, or equivalent.
• Exposure to SAP functional modules including FI, MM, SD, HR, or GRC.
• Founder or entrepreneurial experience alongside a consulting, project management, or delivery career.
• Genuine interest and hands-on experience with AI tools and agentic workflows, including side projects or active experimentation.
