Deployment Strategist
Summary
Deployment strategist at Spectral Labs (foundation models for engineering physical systems): find where its models matter most inside customers' engineering orgs, deploy and scope solutions on-site with forward deployed engineers, train users, and measure outcomes. Requires Python or SQL, US residency, in-person SF work, and 25-50% travel.
This is a fully in-person role at our office in SF, with frequent travel to customer sites (roughly 25–50%). You must be currently based in the US to be eligible, and we are not able to sponsor visas for this role. Base salary, equity and bonus total $150–220k annually. Benefits include health insurance (with a 100%-premium option), dental, a 401(k) match, and company-expensed meals and commuting.
