Deputy BIM Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Take charge of end‑to‑end BIM deliverables for Singapore façade projects, including 3D BIM modelling for façade discipline, model coordination and clash detection, as well as generating model reports, fabrication and construction drawings.

2. Conduct façade BIM design and model review using Revit, Rhino, Navisworks, AutoCAD and other software. Liaise with local consultants, clients and construction teams, attend English‑language project meetings and produce English technical documentation.

3. Manage BIM implementation throughout the project lifecycle, handle RFIs and drawing variations, maintain and update BIM models to ensure consistency between models and site execution.

4. Comply with project BIM delivery standards, support quantity take‑off and technical briefings, and resolve BIM‑related technical issues during project execution.

5. Support the team to optimise BIM workflows for overseas projects, and organise and archive technical documents.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Façade Engineering, BIM or related disciplines. Minimum 5‑year solid working experience as a BIM Engineer in façade projects. Prior experience in overseas / Singapore projects is preferred.

2. Proficient in Revit, Rhino, Navisworks and AutoCAD. Familiar with unitised façade systems and component fabrication drawings.

3. Excellent English proficiency for daily working purposes, capable of independent communication in English meetings and drafting English technical documents.

4. Strong communication and coordination skills, meticulous working attitude and good resilience under project pressure.
