Assistant Care Manager

Salary: £25,000
We are assisting our client in their search for a Deputy Manager to assist the Home Manager with the day to day running of their 40 bed care home in the Uxbridge area. This purpose built home provides care for older people some of whom are living with dementia. You might already be a Deputy looking for a career move or a Senior Care Assistant ready to progress.
Our client offers a fantastic training programme and ongoing support and development.

Minimum requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
Dementia experience
Desirable:
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Works well within a team
Ability to organise and prioritise work
Keen to develop and progress, learn new skills
