POSITION SUMMARY:

B Capital Group seeks an exceptionally organized and strategically minded Deputy Chief of Staff to join our team in Singapore. This individual will closely support senior leadership and teams across the firm,combining high-quality executive support (approximately 40% of the role) with project management and business management responsibilities (approximately 60%).

The role requires someone who can manage competing priorities, coordinate effectively across global teams, translate strategic direction into clear actions, and exercise strong commercial judgment and discretion. The successful candidate will be highly proactive, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and able to anticipate needs while driving initiatives through to completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT DUTIES (~40%)

· Partner closely with senior leadership to manage priorities, follow-ups, and key decisions across the executive office and ensure seamless day-to-day administrative support

· Manage the full range of executive support,including complex scheduling, travel, correspondence, meeting preparation, and board materials

  • Support organizational planning, lead regular check-ins and maintain clear task lists, action items, owners, and timelines to ensure consistent follow-through
  • Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and materials for leadership meetings, offsites, client engagements, and firm-wide initiatives
  • Support high-profile events, speaking engagements, and relationship-building activities in partnership with Marketing, IR and other internal teams

PROJECTMANAGEMENT & STRATEGIC INITIATIVES (~60%)

· Serve as key support to drive high-priority strategic special projects and acquisitions and firm-wide transformation programs

· Co-ordinate high-priority initiatives and strategic acquisitions from planning through execution including timeline management, workstream tracking, and status updates, working across functions and geographies to keep projects on track

  • Help manage key partnerships, networks and eco-systems relationships
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across the executive office and broader organization, identifying opportunities to scale operations as the firm grows
  • Build trusted relationships across the organization, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively with sound judgment, discretion, and a strategic mindset

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS &SKILLS:

· 7-12+ years of relevant experience supporting C-level executives or working in investment management, financial services,consulting, or a founder or COO office

· Experience supporting strategic transactions, M&A processes, fundraising, or corporate development initiatives is highly valued

· Demonstrated project management capabilities,with a track record of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and workstreams

· Strong written and verbal communication skills,with the ability to prepare clear and concise materials for senior audiences

· Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and operate effectively in complex or ambiguous situations

· Strong commercial curiosity and an interest in how investment firms operate and create value

· A collaborative, low-ego approach and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization

· Impeccable professionalism, judgment,discretion, and commitment to confidentiality

· Bachelor's degree required
