<p><b>Transformational leadership opportunity</b></p><p><b>Role: Deputy CHRO-ESL</b></p><p><b>Grade: M3</b></p><p><b>Location: Bokaro</b></p><p><br /></p><p><b><u>Key Responsibilities</u></b></p><p>•Partner with SBUs to align people strategy with business goals and growth ambitions.</p><p>•Act as an “Enabler and Builder of Talent” by ensuring Right Management in Place (RMIP) and strengthening people-business integration to deliver greater business results.</p><p>•Lead HR Business Partnering across assets to drive organizational performance & achieve benchmark productivity.</p><p>•Drive organization design, workforce planning, and productivity improvement initiatives.</p><p>•Lead performance management, employee engagement, culture-building, and change management initiatives.</p><p>•Strengthen HR governance, policies, systems, people analytics, and digitalization to enhance organizational effectiveness.</p><p>•Drive enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.</p><p>•Improve statutory and compliance audit ratings and liaise with external stakeholders for better coordination.</p><p>•Drive benchmarking to incorporate latest global trends and initiatives in HR to ensure agility with evolving industry.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><u>Candidate Profile</u></b></p><p>•15+ years of experience </p><p>•MBA/MSW (HR) </p><p>•Demonstrated leadership capability in driving transformation and organizational change.</p><p>•Dynamic & Enthusiastic Professional with Ownership Mindset</p><p>•Strong business acumen & interpersonal skills</p><p>•Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership teams.</p><p>•Excellent analytical skills and new age HR concepts</p><p>•Experience in employee relations and engagement with relevant internal and external stakeholders. </p><p><b>If this sounds like you and the opportunity you are looking for, apply now and be a part of our exciting growth journey.</b></p><p><br /></p>
