As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and driven Deputy Construction Superintendent to join our team.
Qualifications:
Have progressively responsible, general construction experience.
Two plus years in a supervisory or foreman of construction role.
Have knowledge of commercial, industrial and civil construction methods.
Be familiar with OSHA safety regulations and safe construction practices.
Have administrative construction knowledge such as daily situation reports, daily construction reports, safety documentation, project scheduling and progress documentation.
Have knowledge with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams).
Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Candidates will:
Manage construction schedules, risks and opportunities across the various development efforts.
Use technical knowledge to read and interpret Construction drawings, Specifications, and shop drawings.
Communicate project progress, challenges and outcomes to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.
Candidates will be working in explosive or hazardous manufacturing environments.
