About the Position: Serves as Deputy Director, Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE) Homeland Defense/Civil Support Office (HD/CSO) located at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
Plan the work to be accomplished by activities, subordinates, sets and adjusts priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work in accordance with regulatory and imminent requirements.
Monitor HD/CS Office progress toward attainment of assigned projects, programs and products, and re-prioritizes resources as necessary.
Assist the Director in analyzing missions, establishing long-term objectives, setting priorities, determining resource requirements, and establishing operational guidance for subordinate elements.
Plan, program, and coordinate HD/CSO requirements as it relates to training development, training execution, force modernization and quality control/internal review product lines.
Prepare, coordinate, and obtain approval of annual program directives to document/outsource products or courses to Army Centers of Excellence and Schools for analysis, design, and development.
