Deputy General Manager - Secretarial
The Deputy General Manager - Secretarial will be an integral part of our Legal team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of our legal department.
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager and the Legal team.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of correspondence, including emails, letters, and legal documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and easy access to important information.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Assist with research and data collection for legal cases and projects, providing support to the legal team's investigations.
- Liaise with external parties, such as clients, vendors, and legal professionals, to coordinate and facilitate smooth operations.
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics for the General Manager and team members, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and functional work environment.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required, adapting to the needs of the Legal department.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role, preferably in a legal setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software for document creation and management.
