Senior Manager - Security

Key Responsibilities

Security Operations Management

• Lead and oversee end-to-end security operations across residential townships, high-rise residential complexes, and associated facilities.
• Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, emergency response plans, and access control procedures.
• Ensure round-the-clock security coverage through efficient deployment and supervision of security personnel.
• Monitor daily security activities and conduct periodic reviews of security effectiveness.

Risk Assessment & Loss Prevention

• Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability audits.
• Identify potential threats and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
• Develop mitigation plans for security breaches, theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other security incidents.
• Maintain a strong incident reporting and investigation framework.

Safety & Emergency Management

• Establish emergency response protocols for fire, medical emergencies, natural disasters, and security threats.
• Coordinate mock drills and emergency preparedness programs.
• Work closely with EHS, Fire & Safety, Facility Management, and local authorities during emergencies.
• Ensure smooth evacuation procedures and crisis management when required.

Surveillance & Technology Management

• Oversee security systems including CCTV, access control, boom barriers, biometric systems, visitor management systems, and alarm monitoring.
• Ensure optimal functionality and maintenance of all electronic security infrastructure.
• Drive technology adoption to enhance project security standards.

Vendor & Manpower Management

• Manage outsourced security agencies and service providers.
• Monitor security manpower deployment, attendance, discipline, productivity, and performance.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits of security agency compliance.
• Ensure adequate training and development of security personnel.

Resident & Stakeholder Management

• Address resident concerns relating to security and safety.
• Build strong relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), project teams, and facility management teams.
• Promote awareness programs on security and safety measures for residents and staff.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with local laws, statutory requirements, and company policies related to security operations.
• Liaise with police, fire departments, local administration, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain all security-related records, licenses, reports, and documentation.
• Support internal and external audits related to security and safety.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare and manage annual security budgets.
• Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for optimization without compromising security standards.
• Evaluate security contracts and negotiate service agreements.
