Deputy Head of HR (Healthcare)

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organisational objectives, providing strategic guidance on workforce and people-related matters.
• Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, career development, succession planning and retention strategies to strengthen organisational capabilities.
• Lead workforce transformation, change management and organisational effectiveness initiatives to support evolving business needs.
• Advise business leaders on complex employee relations, performance management and talent-related matters to drive positive workforce outcomes.
• Leverage workforce analytics, HR technology and process improvements to enhance decision-making, employee engagement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise, Shared Services, Finance and Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives while coaching and developing a high-performing HR Business Partner team to strengthen HR capabilities and drive organisational excellence.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / HR
• At least 10 years of experience in HR
• Experience in Healthcare / Manufacturing industry
