Deputy Head of People Department

📍 Uganda | rotation 3/1 (3 months in Uganda - 1 month remotely) | Salary 4000 - 5000$ net + full relocation coverage, employment in Uganda

Main tasks:
- Lead HR team (8 people), control processes and results;
- Recruitment, adaptation, and retention of personnel in the Uganda region;
- Implementation of performance review, employee assessment and development systems;
- Compliance with labor legislation;
- Support for growth, restructuring, and personnel mobility;
- Development of corporate culture and internal communications;
- Implementation of global HR strategy in line with business goals.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a management role;
- Experience working with international teams (UAE, Russia, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Africa, etc.);
- Strong leadership and management skills;
- English C1+, Russian - fluent;
- Strategic thinking, experience scaling HR function;
- Knowledge of HR systems (Odoo, SAP, or similar);
- Understanding of labor legislation and compensation models.
