Job description
Be an effective and dynamic leader with a proven track record in school improvement; moreover, possessing real gravitas and presence within a school community.
Be able to demonstrate successful experience of leading and managing staff, promoting and developing approaches to learning.
Report to heads of department/faculty and grade leaders to ensure that they can effectively disseminate data, actions and development plans to other staff.
Be fully accountable for key aspects of the work of the secondary school providing analytical comment on performance measured against a number of key performance indicators.
Lead on all aspects of the secondary school involved with CAT4 assessments, GL progress tests and PASS data, and effectively share this information with key stakeholders.

- Developing “best practice” understanding in staff and parents.
