DEPUTY LEAN PROCESS ENGINEERING MANAGER
Main Task:
- Accelerate continuous improvement with team collaboration.
- Develop and control the budget for the department to ensure that all financial and cost objectives are met and targets are achieved within overall cost constraints.
- Direct and control staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated, trained and carry out their responsibilities as to the required standards.
- Drive process improvement with lean manufacturing technic.
- Identify waste from operations.
- Initiate education and training of lean manufacturing.
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Have experience min. 5 years for Lean Project
- Have experience at least 5 years in manufacturing and improvements such as Kaizen, lean manufacturing, VSM, FMEA, and PDCA.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in manufacturing.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
