Deputy Manager

• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of cell manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related breakdowns.
• Ensure high equipment uptime and minimize production losses.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automated production lines, conveyors, robots, PLCs, VFDs, and SCADA systems.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor machine health parameters and recommend improvement actions.
• Support installation, commissioning, and stabilization of new equipment.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement teams.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and manufacturing standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analysis, and equipment performance dashboards.
• Participate in continuous improvement and TPM initiatives.

Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
