Job Description

Deputy Manager- Business Analytics This position is responsible for building and implementing data driven performance marketing initiates for the Ecommerce vertical of the business.​ Must have Excel experience. Good to have Python experience.

* Design, develop, and implement analytical models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of market data, sales performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency to provide strategic recommendations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Finance) to understand their analytical needs and deliver tailored insights.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis and present findings to senior management.
* Develop and maintain data integrity and quality standards within analytical systems.
* Stay abreast of industry best practices in business analytics, data science, and pharmaceutical trends.
* Present complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
