The role will enable data-led business planning, industry and competitive intelligence, performance governance, growth interventions, and transformation for the NPS and Retirement Business. The incumbent will initially assume a significant part of the current market analytics, review governance, digital adoption, CRA coordination, and regulatory reporting portfolio. Over time, responsibilities may be rebalanced across the team based on the incumbent s strengths, business priorities, and opportunities to improve overall team effectiveness
