Deputy Manager, Custody Product Designing & System Development Operations,Financial Institutions and Capital Markets Department

Responsibilities

• Responsible for custody product design, and the formulation of business policies and operational processes.
• Draft system optimization proposals and oversee UAT & rollout. Responsible for requirement coordination and testing of the custody system, and maintenance of custody system parameters.
• Responsible for optimizing SWIFT MT/MX message workflows.
• Responsible for infrastructure connectivity testing.
• Responsible for custody account opening and system maintenance.
• Prepare for periodic reports (annual/quarterly) per regulatory/client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above in Finance/Economics or related field.
• Operational knowledge of Euroclear, Clearstream, SGX ecosystem.
• 3 years system development or related experience.
• Custodian back-office experience.
  Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with Head office colleagues and Mandarin speaking stakeholders
