Deputy Manager - Data Analysis & Surveys [ITE Headquarters] – 2 Year Contract

- Analyze graduate employment survey data - Analyze student and graduate data for policy initiatives - Handle payment systems and finance reconciliation - Lead graduate employment and digital projects - Liaise with colleges to collate SEN data - Liaise with vendors for internship and employment support - Maintain SEN student records - Manage special educational needs support - Prepare reporting slides for management meetings - Process and manage student records in administration system - Provide administrative support for SEN workgroup - Refine processes and support digitalization - Submit survey datasets to government agencies - Tabulate and visualize survey data
