1. IT Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network, servers, and end-user support.
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.

2. Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Implement and monitor security protocols, firewalls, and threat detection systems.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and ensure compliance with security policies.

3. Incident Response & Business Continuity

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and incident response plans.
• Lead resolution of IT security breaches and operational disruptions.

4. Team Leadership & Vendor Management

• Supervise IT engineers and helpdesk teams for nationwide service coverage.
• Manage vendor relationships for IT services and security solutions.

5. Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in IT operations.
• Ensure documentation of SOPs and adherence to IT governance frameworks.
