Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, qualified networks, referrals, and database searches. Perform reference checks and validate candidate credentials to ensure quality hiring. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates Understand client requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions. Hands-on experience in Team Handling. Desired Candidate Profile 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Non IT Recruitment). MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification. Strong understanding of recruitment processes .
