About the Role

We are a growing engineering company looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and highly motivated female graduate (B.Com or BBA) to join our core Marketing and Sales team.

Sitting at the intersection of technical understanding and business commerce, you will be responsible for identifying high-value business opportunities, reviewing technical and commercial requirements, and executing flawless tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Management: Actively track, identify, and review government and corporate tenders across various e-procurement platforms, including the GeM portal.
Sales & Lead Generation: Generate new leads, drive them through the pipeline, and convert them into solid business opportunities.
Sales Coordination: Manage client communications via phone and email, follow up with corporate accounts, and provide necessary clarifications.
Data & CRM Management: Maintain organized databases of submitted bids, active leads, and pricing templates using MS Excel and the ZOHO Portal.

Who We Are Looking For

Education: Female graduates with a B.Com (strong commercial/financial logic) or BBA (strong analytical framework) degree.
Prior Experience: 3 to 5 years
Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Kalyan Nagar, Banaswadi, Hennur, Kasturi Nagar, or Horamavu are preferred for commute convenience.
Core Skills:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data formatting) and Word.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Personal Traits: High energy, a quick learner, and comfortable thriving in a structured corporate office environment.
