What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial/Business Outcomes:

• Build and refine the brand’s Jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) framework by consistently analyzing internal and external data trends to sharpen positioning and growth opportunities.
• Drive cross functional projects with agility partnering with R&D, Packaging, Finance, Sales to unlock improvements in P&L, Product, Claims, Packaging, that strengthen the brand’s proposition in market
• Lead Immuno as a brand along with multiple critical SKUs on tata salt to drive growth in white space cells. This may also include driving some growth/ focus states for tata salt.
• Strong data orientation with ability to find market gaps to grow the brand.
• Anchor the volume, revenue and profitability targets for the brand, by working closely with cross-functional teams and proactively solving business challenges
• Monitor & ensure brand cost saving projects and targets with CFTs.
• Help build Media models with help of long term data trends. Ensure adherence to media planning process and timelines, creation of strong media plans, discipline of regular reviews
• Responsible for demand generation as well as co-leading trade schemes with Shopper Marketing team
• Delve deeper into consumer and market insights for the brand. Get a strong category and competition understanding to identify growth opportunities and threats.
• Expand margins by leading cost saving initiatives with Cross functional teams

Customer Service:

• Be the voice of consumer and converting strong consumer actionable insights into impactful trade and consumer activations/ initiatives to grow business metrics
• Conduct analysis using internal & external reports/research and translate into data driven brand & JTBD led initiatives.
• Track early stage adoption and conversion, given both brands are in market building phase, this includes campaign tracking.

Internal Processes:

• Work closely with Shopper & Trade Marketing, Sales teams to analyze sales & market data to develop & deliver relevant initiatives.
• Work with procurement & supply chain teams to ensure stock availabillity as demand builds
• Lead and manage internal Cross Functional Teams on key projects/interventions to deliver on brand objectives.

Innovation and Learning

• Work closely with R&D, Packaging, production & manufacturing team to develop pipeline for new relevant SKUs/ variant extensions and develop stronger product claims

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

• Experience of brand management / sales experience within FMCG category
• Strong data orientation, with ability to translate internal and external data/trends into actionable brand and JTBD insights
• Demonstrated cross functional agility, a track record of driving multi functional projects (P&L, product, claims, packaging) to closure with speed & impact.
• Prior experience in working closely with sales team to drive volume/value
• Conceptual clarity in basic media KPIs, tracking of spends, correlation of media models
• Strong data mining & analytical skills (comfortable handing data and MS excel proficiency), strong presentation skills
