Deputy Manager - Ocean Import
What You Can Expect:
- Customer & Overseas Co-ordination.
- Arranging bookings from carriers / overseas agent
- Job opening in RA1
- Container / shipment tracking
- Handling escalations
- Shipment follow up till delivery as per our scope of work and timely update to customer
- Timely releasing of DO and sharing DSR as per customer’s requirement
- Timely invoicing.
- Job closing in RA1.
- MIS closing with accounts on monthly basis
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of ocean operations and shipment lifecycle.
