Deputy Manager-Online

We are seeking a Deputy Manager-Online to join a leading health insurance company located in Maharashtra. This role involves managing a team of 10 to 15 telesales callers, focusing on improving sales efficiency through a tele-calling model. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health insurance and demonstrate excellent organizational and team handling skills. Key Responsibilities include identifying strategies to enhance sales performance, conducting skills gap analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement, and coordinating individual and team performance reviews to discuss strengths and weaknesses. The Deputy Manager will also be responsible for attrition management and ensuring that the team operates effectively to meet sales targets. The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and be well-versed in managing teams. Expertise in the health domain will be considered an added advantage.
