Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Sheet metal die design, Static and Dynamic buyoffs of the dies, Die installation and Commissioning,Die maintenance etc.Parts process, process optimization, DIES to suit given press lines / Presses.Able to analyse part issues and suggest changes required in product / process.Able to understand and resolve the problem keeping the requirement of immediate customer and ensure that recurrence will not take place.To handle ECN Changes for the dies

Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile; Bachelor of Engineering in Production

General Experience

4 to 6 years in Sheet metal dies
