Deputy Manager Security

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers, CCTV operators, and other security personnel to ensure effective coverage and response to security incidents within the shopping mall.
2. Develop and implement security protocols, procedures, and emergency response plans to mitigate risks, prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access, and ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
3. Conduct regular inspections and audits of security equipment, surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
4. Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems to detect and respond to security threats, suspicious activities, and safety hazards in real-time, and coordinate with mall management and law enforcement agencies as needed.
5. Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches of security, and prepare detailed incident reports, documentation, and evidence for review and follow-up action by mall management and authorities.
6. Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analysis to identify potential security weaknesses, assess threats, and implement measures to enhance security posture and resilience.
7. Provide training, guidance, and support to security personnel on security procedures, emergency response protocols, customer service standards, and conflict resolution techniques.
8. Liaise with external security service providers, law enforcement agencies, and emergency responders to coordinate security operations, share intelligence, and collaborate on joint security initiatives and investigations.
9. Maintain documents and records of security incidents / investigations and prepare periodic incident trend analysis reports.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and training programs.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging security technologies to suggest improvements in security measures within the shopping mall.
12. Any other tasks assigned by Head of Security and Surveillance.
