Deputy Manager, Technology Management

The position will focus on developing and executing technology strategies that align with the Property Development Division's business objectives. This role emphasizes collaboration across the Group with the Group Innovation & Digital Department and the ICT Department as well as the Senior Management within the Property Development Division to ensure the successful implementation of technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and improve revenue stream. The incumbent will guide and work closely with the team to achieve the department’s objectives and its strategies.

• Oversee the operations and strategic development of the Technology Management Department.

• Own and be responsible for the overall implementation of the end-to-end Technology Management Life-cycle and Projects, encompassing strategy development, planning, execution, change management, monitoring, and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with organizational goals and delivery of value across all phases.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment in achieving departmental objectives and integrating their contributions towards the overall success of the Technology Management Department.

• Provide strategic support and coordination to initiatives led by Technology Innovation & Human-Centered Design, particularly in the development, implementation and optimization of customer-oriented processes and the end-to-end customer journey.

• Manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics for technology projects within the Property Development Division, ensuring collaboration with Group-wide initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and adoption of best practices in technology implementation while coordinating with the ICT Department.

• Collaborate with all related departments to own and co-champion technology transformation projects across the Property Development Division, driving technology innovation and ensuring organizational readiness and alignment for change.
