Deputy Program Manager/Operations Manager

KeyLogic is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support day-to-day contract operations, execution management, and customer engagement activities. The Deputy PM will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure project performance, quality assurance, workforce coordination, and successful delivery across all task areas.

What You'll Deliver

· Effective day-to-day program execution.

· Timely and accurate performance reporting.

· Integrated workforce and task management.

· Operational risk tracking and mitigation.

· Quality-controlled deliverables supporting mission success.

What You'll Do

· Coordinate execution across project teams and task leads.

· Track schedules, deliverables, staffing, and performance metrics.

· Support customer communications and governance activities.

· Identify and resolve execution risks and resource conflicts.

· Support quality management and process improvement efforts.

· Assist with reporting, planning, and contract administration.

· Facilitate project reviews and stakeholder engagements.

· Support planning and coordination of pilot, prototype, and innovation initiatives involving automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Required Education

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

Required Qualifications

· Active Secret Clearance or higher.

· 4+ years of project management experience.

· 2+ years managing projects within technical or analytics environments.

· Experience with Federal contract performance reporting, risk/action tracking, workforce coordination, and deliverable management.

· Experience supporting Agile project teams.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience supporting Air or Space Force programs.

· PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification.

· Experience managing multiple concurrent task areas.
