The Job
Lead the IT Back Office team during the incumbent’s maternity leave. Keep SAP and back-office systems running reliably, and keep in-flight projects on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the Back Office team (ITBP and SAP AMS specialists): assign work, review quality and follow up on user issues.
- Act as the IT business partner for Finance, Accounting, HR and Purchasing. Run workshops, clarify requirements and get sign-off on solutions.
- Manage ongoing projects through SIT, UAT and go-live, including:
- SAP S/4HANA upgrade
- Invoice Verification
- SAP–bank integration
- SAP–VNPT e-Invoice integration
- iHRP / e-Contract and expense claim workflows
- Manage vendors and implementation partners: scope, change requests, quotations and contract follow-up.
- Work with Group IT and regional teams on shared topics such as Master Data Governance (MDG).
- Report project status, risks and issues to the Head of IT and regional IT leadership.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Finance or a related field.
- 8+ years in ERP, with strong hands-on SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred). Working knowledge of FI/CO and MM is a strong plus.
- 3+ years leading a team and managing projects end to end (blueprint, SIT, UAT, go-live, hypercare).
- Good understanding of Finance, Procurement and HR processes. Experience with e-Invoice or bank integration in Vietnam is an advantage.
- Experience managing vendors or SI partners and negotiating scope and cost.
- Good English for regional communication. Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in a multinational manufacturing or FMCG company.
- Able to start quickly and take over in-flight projects with a short handover.
