- Coordinate and follow up on operational topics across our stores
- Support our Regional Managers
- Take full ownership of defined parts of store operations
- Act as qualified deputy for the Senior Manager
- Experience: 4+ years in retail operations, store openings, project coordination or construction project management
- Ownership: you take over complete work streams on your own – not just support tasks
- Deputy mindset: you are ready to step in for the team lead during vacation or absence and keep things running
- Languages: fluent English; German is a plus
- Availability: full-time, occasional travel to Berlin and our store locations
- Tools: confident with Excel and project tracking
