Derivatives Dealing Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a driven, meticulous, and adaptable Dealing Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role combining business development, client relationship management, and operational trading support. Whether you are an experienced professional or a motivated fresh graduate looking to build a career in financial markets, this role offers excellent exposure to trading execution, risk management, and client operations.
Key Responsibilities : -
Product Knowledge: Develop and sustain a deep understanding of Commodity and Futures markets, staying up to date with newly launched products.
Execution & Support: Provide trade execution services, share market condition insights, and deliver financial market news to clients.
Client Management: Maintain strong client relationships while providing exceptional, ongoing support.
Platform & Risk Operations:
o Setting up client accounts on trading platforms.
o Work closely with the Risk Officer to identify potential risk factors and prevent trading errors.
o Monitor market movements to oversee customer risk exposure and advise clients on risk control measures.
Troubleshooting & Systems: Troubleshoot client platform issues, collaborate with vendors to resolve system errors, and ensure front-office needs are met during implementations.
Industry Relations: Liaise with exchanges, brokers, and customers regarding trading and clearing matters.
Projects & Innovation: Participate in the development and implementation of new product offerings and trading systems ; handle ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
Education: University degree in any discipline from an accredited university. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Certifications: CMFAS Modules 2A and 6A are an advantage. (Candidates without these certifications must be willing to sit for and pass them upon joining).
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with regional clients and stakeholders.
Soft Skills: Meticulous, highly organized, and capable of working effectively under strict timelines and pressure.
Work Arrangement: Required to work on rotational night shifts and public holidays to cover global trading hours.
