Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable microservices.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with other services.
- Work with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of microservices.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technology selection for microservices.
- Implement appropriate testing strategies for microservices.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in microservices architecture and backend development.
- Manage database interactions, including design and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend development.
- Proven experience designing and developing microservices.
- Proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Go).
- Experience with frameworks relevant to microservices (e.g., Spring Boot, Flask, Express.js).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Knowledge of messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
