Description Manager/ Sr. Manager Manufacturing

Competencies Required:

• Experience of working in Sheet Metal forming e.g CNC Punching / Fabrication work / Assembly of machines will
• be given preference
• He should be familiar with manufacturi ng process & good manufacturing practices , monitoring of Productivity
• Preferred to be conversant with manufacturing excellence concepts viz. 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Quality
• Management tools etc.
• Awareness of IMS (Integrated Management Systems) or ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
• ERP knowledge related to Materials

Responsibilities:

• In addition to above competencies, person will be responsible for Safety, Quality & Energy Management
• Maintain periodic MIS related to Production and implement corrective actions for impro vement.
• Ensure ERP implementation for smooth functioning of manufacturing
• To maintain the 5S & Lean on shop floor and deploy & maintain ISO systems.

Educational Requirements:
B.E. / B.Tech with specialization in Mechanical / Electrical
Skills & Experience Requirements:
Age : 35 to 45 Years;
Experience : 15- 20 Years;
