This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer based in Brazil.

Join a technology team building critical digital products for some of Brazil’s largest companies.

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications with a strong focus on usability and user experience.
• Work across both frontend and backend development, contributing to the complete evolution of digital products.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to transform business and user needs into high-quality technical solutions.
• Design and implement robust software solutions using modern development architectures and engineering practices.
• Ensure code quality through clean coding standards, automated testing, code reviews, and continuous technical improvement.
• Participate actively in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
• Integrate and maintain REST and/or GraphQL APIs across product ecosystems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, standards, and team practices.
• Help identify technical challenges and opportunities to improve scalability, performance, maintainability, and delivery.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of proven professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong frontend development experience with React, Next.js, or comparable modern technologies.
• Solid backend development experience with Node.js, NestJS, or equivalent technologies.
• Good understanding of modern software architectures, engineering principles, and development best practices.
• Experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases.
• Proficiency with Git and modern version-control practices.
• Experience implementing automated testing, including unit and integration tests.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment environments is considered an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical quality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, reliable, and ownership-oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in continuous learning and improvement.
