This role is an opportunity for a Fullstack Developer to build and evolve technology solutions that support impactful financial services.
You will contribute to the development of scalable systems, combining backend expertise in Java with frontend capabilities in React.
The position focuses on delivering high-quality software, improving system reliability, and creating solutions aligned with business needs.

Accountabilities
The role is responsible for designing, developing, improving, and maintaining software solutions while ensuring technical excellence, stability, and scalability. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and enhance system functionalities using modern backend and frontend technologies.
- Participate in the definition, evaluation, and review of technical solutions and software architecture decisions.
- Perform code reviews and share programming best practices with the development team.
- Ensure the quality, security, and stability of software deliveries through testing and continuous improvement practices.
- Prepare, support, and monitor application deployments across different environments.
- Monitor production system health using observability tools and analyze metrics, logs, and traces to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Participate actively in agile team ceremonies, contributing technical insights and supporting collaborative delivery.
- Promote a culture of quality, automation, and continuous learning within the engineering environment.
- Support the evolution of software solutions through automation, DevOps practices, and efficient development workflows.
- Degree completed or in progress from the 4th semester onwards in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Java Developer.
- Strong experience developing applications with Java 11, Quarkus, and Spring Framework.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs and understanding of REST architecture principles.
- Experience with React and modern frontend development practices.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and/or Kubernetes.
- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and/or Oracle 12C+.
- Experience with messaging systems, preferably Azure Service Bus; knowledge of RabbitMQ or Kafka is considered a plus.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, especially Microsoft Azure, with knowledge of AWS, GCP, or IBM Cloud as an advantage.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Git, static code analysis tools such as Sonar, and source control management.
- Experience working in agile environments using methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe.
- Experience integrating with external services, government platforms, APIs, web scraping, or third-party systems.
- Strong communication skills, collaboration mindset, and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience developing solutions for financial systems or banking environments.
- Knowledge of JasperReports and/or JasperStudio.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Java + Struts.
- Knowledge of Hibernate.
- Experience designing cloud-based and microservices architectures.
- Understanding of UML modeling practices.
