This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Java FullStack SR based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity for a senior FullStack Developer to contribute to strategic technology projects in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment.
You will work across backend and frontend development, building and maintaining applications with Java and Angular.
The role combines hands-on engineering with technical problem-solving, architecture discussions, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
You’ll work with enterprise technologies including Java 8, EJB, Angular 11+, DB2, SQL, Jenkins, Git, and Jira.
Your work will span the full software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
The position offers autonomy, exposure to complex projects, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a remote setting.
It is well suited to a senior engineer who takes ownership, values quality, and enjoys continuously expanding their technical expertise.

• Develop and maintain FullStack applications using Java and Angular, contributing to robust and scalable enterprise solutions.
• Build and enhance backend services using Java 8 and EJB, applying sound software engineering principles and architectural patterns.
• Develop responsive, dynamic web interfaces using Angular 11 or higher, ensuring usability and maintainability.
• Work with DB2 databases, writing SQL queries and using Query Native for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
• Participate throughout the complete development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain unit tests while following development best practices and established software quality standards.
• Use Git for source control and Jira for task management, tracking, and agile delivery.
• Work with Jenkins and related build, integration, and automation processes to support reliable software delivery.
• Contribute to technical and architectural decisions, collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to define effective solutions.
• Identify technical challenges and opportunities for improvement, proposing practical solutions that enhance application quality and efficiency.
• Adapt to evolving technologies and, when required, contribute to solutions involving Flash Builder.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a remote environment while managing priorities, deadlines, and delivery commitments.

Requirements:

• Solid professional experience in Java development, preferably working on complex enterprise projects and production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8, FullStack development, and enterprise application development.
• Practical knowledge of EJB (Enterprise JavaBeans) and experience applying it within backend solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with DB2, including database manipulation and Query Native.
• Professional experience with Angular 11 or higher and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience using Git for version control and Jenkins for build, integration, and automation processes.
• Experience developing unit tests and applying software development best practices to deliver maintainable, reliable code.
• Familiarity with Jira and agile methodologies, including collaborative planning and delivery practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the autonomy to investigate technical issues and contribute to solution and architecture decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with distributed and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing technical requirements, including Flash Builder when necessary.
