As a Product Designer on our team, we expect you to make a difference!

You will be responsible for the conception and evolution of the product to which you are assigned. To do this, you will use your entire technical and professional background, going beyond design to be part of discovery and strategic definitions. In addition, of course, to being fundamental in the product construction stages and monitoring results. We expect you to always pay attention to business objectives alongside user needs, focusing on delivering the best experience that also brings the best results.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Build high-fidelity prototypes
• User research
• Benchmarking
• Conversion funnel analysis
• Journey maps
• Information architecture deliverables
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team
• Communicate constantly with the product and technology teams

We expect you to have:

• Empathy for users
• Communication and collaboration with other members of the Design team and other teams
• Organization and prioritization of activities
• Ability to think critically about user needs and business needs
• Technical ability to conduct user research and analyze results
• Ability to fully use Figma
• Self-management skills
